The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of HWT HOLDING SDN BHD (957265-W) (“HWT Group”) is pleased to announce that on 22 September 2021, HWT Group has withdrawn our entire investment in EASYSPAD SDN BHD (1325698-k) (“EASYSPAD”). Following the completion of the Disposal, EASYSPAD is no longer a subsidiary company of HWT Group. All EASYSPAD’s business activities is no longer related to HWT Group.

Notwithstanding to the Disposal, HWT Group does not encourage customers and/or partners to question and/or cancel their business relationship with EASYSPAD.
